A company is looking for a Senior Rapid Response Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Liaise between Medallia and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening
- At least 2+ years in a customer experience-based role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CX/CRM software, such as Medallia and Zendesk
- Experience-based approach to customer service is a must
