Patient Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative to provide outstanding service to incoming patient inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and log all inbound and outbound phone calls
• Provide accurate information about the company's programs to established and potential patients
• Schedule appointments and gather necessary patient demographic and insurance information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with personal computers (word processing and/or electronic spreadsheets)
• Preferably one year or more of experience in office work
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Must provide and use a home computer or laptop (not a Chromebook)
