Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor responsible for initiating the sales process and managing customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company as a subject matter expert during customer calls
• Update systems to document customer interactions and handle issues diplomatically
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team and offer additional products to customers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Previous experience in solar customer service or sales is highly desired
• Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
