EAP Counselor - Ontario Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor (French Speaking).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic and video counseling, crisis management, and in-the-moment support while ensuring client confidentiality
• Thoroughly assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or diploma in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Clinical counseling experience in both English and French
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client-contact in counseling or mental health services
• Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counseling modalities
• Training in crisis intervention and experience with high-risk clients is beneficial
