Key Responsibilities
- Educate members on wellness incentives and track participation
- Assist with incentive reporting and gift card redemptions
- Support members with portal access and navigation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service call center environment
- Experience averaging 85-100 contacts per day
- High-speed broadband internet connection using a wired ethernet connection
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
