Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Representative for Primary Care in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all referral requests for primary care physician to specialist physician referrals
• Handle in-office and telephone requests in accordance with office protocol
• Follow mandated insurance guidelines during the referral process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Two years of related experience, preferably in a medical office setting
• An associate's degree can substitute for the experience requirement
• No specific licensure or certification required by law
