Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Customer Service Technician to support the Veterans Benefits Management System at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze application problems, document, resolve or escalate issues to Tier support
- Engage in daily operational calls with stakeholders to discuss high-profile issues and updates
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PC setup, browser optimization, and network problems using remote technology tools
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance eligibility; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of web-based applications and data access mechanisms
- Experience with database management and administration tools
