A company is looking for a Staff Scheduling Associate who will work remotely to support nursing units by managing staffing and scheduling adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and discuss staffing levels with management to ensure quality patient care
- Generate and review 24-hour staffing projections and seek coverage for shifts
- Utilize multiple computer systems to communicate staffing needs and document schedule changes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with two years of customer service experience, or an Associate's Degree with one year of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and database software
- Ability to complete required training
- Manual dexterity for data entry and ability to sit for long periods
- Articulate speech for effective communication via telephone
