- Serve as the technical point of contact for Customer Success Managers and escalate technical issues as needed
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
- Prior cybersecurity experience and technical knowledge in threat intelligence
- Proven track record in Technical Account Management or relevant experience
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Familiarity with software for sales such as Salesforce or CSM tools
