Qualifications

• Reliable high-speed internet and a private/quiet work space
• Ideally located within 30 miles of Portland, OR
• Proven tenure in call center or customer service roles
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
• Preferred experience in dispatching or coordinating technicians
