Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues for corporate customers
  • Collaborate with cross-team resources to resolve escalated problems and improve support delivery
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for customer education
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience in software support or IT consulting
  • Familiarity with Office, SharePoint Server, and cloud services like Office 365 and Azure
  • Solid understanding of client/server and networking fundamentals
