A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues for corporate customers
- Collaborate with cross-team resources to resolve escalated problems and improve support delivery
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for customer education
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience in software support or IT consulting
- Familiarity with Office, SharePoint Server, and cloud services like Office 365 and Azure
- Solid understanding of client/server and networking fundamentals
