Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for their solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line telephone technical support and troubleshoot basic customer problems
- Accurately record and document customer cases and establish case priorities
- Manage an individual open case queue and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Up to 2+ years of previous phone technical support experience
- Understanding of SQL or other troubleshooting languages is preferred
- Knowledge of remote tools and basic networking is required
- Previous experience in enterprise/mid-sized software support is preferred
- Knowledge of banking practices is helpful
