A company is looking for an Underwriting Helpdesk professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and compliant answers to loan scenarios and guidelines
- Communicate daily with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Processors regarding underwriting questions
- Research information within AllRegs and maintain trending underwriting scenarios for process improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and HFA guidelines
- Complete knowledge of the mortgage industry
- Familiarity with RESPA requirements and Good Faith Estimate preparation
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Encompass Loan Origination system is preferred
