Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding their insurance policies
- Process payments, endorsements, and general inquiries while retaining customer business
- Audit policies for quality and assist sales agents with service-related issues
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably within insurance
- Possession of a Texas (General Lines) Property & Casualty license is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Tech-savvy with comfort in using online tools and platforms
- A genuine passion for helping people and a positive, can-do attitude
