Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor I to assist customers with their insurance policies and enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding their insurance policies
  • Process payments, endorsements, and general inquiries while retaining customer business
  • Audit policies for quality and assist sales agents with service-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably within insurance
  • Possession of a Texas (General Lines) Property & Casualty license is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Tech-savvy with comfort in using online tools and platforms
  • A genuine passion for helping people and a positive, can-do attitude
