Key Responsibilities
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
  • Oversee the customer journey for major accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing value realization
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to improve the platform and customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or account management, particularly in enterprise software or SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer success teams with a proven track record
  • Deep understanding of the modern data stack and its challenges
  • Experience with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or Totango
  • Proven ability to drive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy
