Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist I, Payor Partnership Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve roadblocks for stakeholders
- Work with RCM and Engineering teams to address bugs and billing issues
Required Qualifications and Education
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare billing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing customer assistance via phone, chat, and email
- Experience with health insurance and billing processes
- Intermediate technical understanding and ability to work with large databases
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST
