Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist I, Payor Partnership Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve roadblocks for stakeholders
  • Work with RCM and Engineering teams to address bugs and billing issues
Required Qualifications and Education
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare billing
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing customer assistance via phone, chat, and email
  • Experience with health insurance and billing processes
  • Intermediate technical understanding and ability to work with large databases
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST
