Key Responsibilities
- Oversee system builds for new markets and products, including configuration and testing
- Monitor system performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage reporting deliverables for accuracy and timeliness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in health care operations, system administration, or claims administration
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare coding and benefit design
- Previous management experience in hiring, training, and performance management
- Preferred experience in contracting and provider data management
