Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage forecasting and scheduling plans for staffing needs
- Utilize WFM tools to simulate staffing requirements and create operational reports
- Collaborate with leadership to meet performance metrics and conduct load balancing
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Excel, including pivot tables and reports
- 1+ year of experience in WFM forecasting and scheduling within contact centers
- Experience with scheduling both part-time and full-time staff
- Familiarity with operational reporting and performance metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams
