A company is looking for a Corporate Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle service requests and inquiries from National Accounts clients
- Maintain relationships with customers and document requests in the Acorn system
- Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and provide information regarding service options
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration, or similar area; or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to service requests
