Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle service requests and inquiries from National Accounts clients
  • Maintain relationships with customers and document requests in the Acorn system
  • Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and provide information regarding service options
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration, or similar area; or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to service requests
