Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support Pharmacy and Specialty distribution customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement onboarding processes for new customers
- Ensure compliance with pricing, regulatory, and credit requirements for new business accounts
- Act as the onboarding lead, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely account releases
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in project management, sales support, operations, or administration
- Possession of a degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, SQL, and MS Access is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
