Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide support for members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers in a timely manner
  • Mitigates complaints and resolves issues during initial contact
  • Documents communications and adheres to quality standards and policies
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
  • Experience with multitasking across multiple systems preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-paced contact center environment
