Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from patients and schedules appointments
• Documents and confirms requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Manages incoming faxes and triages general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in customer service or medical records
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical insurance regulations is beneficial
