A company is looking for a CX Delivery Associate for the UK, Ireland, Iberia, and Americas regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regional client support, including order adjustments and managing follow-ups
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify gaps in the client experience and ensure effective service delivery
- Maximize client value through upsell and cross-sell recommendations while supporting the end-to-end delivery of tours
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client support or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
- Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and service improvement
- Understanding of operational functions within a client service environment
- Experience in mentoring or training others is a plus
