Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and relevant service to customers and partners through various communication channels
- Resolve complex customer issues and build relationships with partners and internal teams
- Support the onboarding and training of new customer service hires
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or sales experience preferred
- 1+ years in a high-volume customer contact environment preferred
- 1+ years of insurance industry experience required, with a focus on commercial insurance preferred
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license required
