Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for insurance premium collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to determine reasons for payment delinquency and negotiate overdue bill collections
- Handle unresolved inquiries and manage organization policies on collection practices
- Work with outside legal counsel or agencies in complex collection cases
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications and MS Office
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM MST with occasional overtime
