Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for insurance premium collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers to determine reasons for payment delinquency and negotiate overdue bill collections
  • Handle unresolved inquiries and manage organization policies on collection practices
  • Work with outside legal counsel or agencies in complex collection cases


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications and MS Office
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM MST with occasional overtime
