Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality employee assistance and crisis services
- Answer calls and refer individuals to appropriate resources
- Coordinate with hospital intake staff to set appointments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in case management, crisis intervention, or call centers preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Proficient in Windows Office programs and ability to learn specialized applications
