Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff performance, attendance, and provide feedback to management
- Resolve escalated patient complaints and communicate with other departments regarding patient accounts
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure training materials are updated as necessary
Required Qualifications
- University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Leadership
- Experience in Banking or Professional settings may substitute for formal education
- Knowledge of the Fair Debt Act Law and managed care billing is preferred
- CPC or other coding certification is a plus
- Dialer experience is preferred
