Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Client Technical Representative - Health (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex issues escalated from internal teams related to the Patient Access Curator suite of products
  • Troubleshoot issues related to the Patient Access Curator platform and complex payer issues
  • Oversee small to medium size projects and manage a large caseload of escalated issues in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare IT industry
  • Experience with healthcare EDI transactions and ANSI X12 message structure (270/271)
  • Flexibility to manage unforeseen situations and availability for evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with partners across all levels of the customer organization
