  • Focus on quality customer interactions and first-call resolutions while minimizing after-call work
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
  • Experience in managing complex customer interactions through to resolution
  • Ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for full-time training and subsequent work schedule during specified hours
  • Must have a private, secure work area with reliable power and high-speed internet connection
