- Provide personalized call experiences and resolve customer inquiries from start to finish
- Build rapport with diverse callers and navigate multiple systems to offer tailored solutions
- Focus on quality customer interactions and first-call resolutions while minimizing after-call work
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- Experience in managing complex customer interactions through to resolution
- Ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for full-time training and subsequent work schedule during specified hours
- Must have a private, secure work area with reliable power and high-speed internet connection
