A company is looking for a Service Advisor (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via phone, text, and web from the shop network
- Build relationships with customers, present repair recommendations, and close service sales virtually
- Collaborate with in-shop technicians and GMs to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a franchise dealership environment
- Proven ability to build trust and effectively close service recommendations
- Familiarity with RO writing and multipoint inspection workflows
- Comfortable adapting to new systems and working in a digital-first sales model
- Organized and motivated to achieve high performance
