Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Neurodiagnostic Tech to oversee EEG or EMG technical staff and ensure quality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee supply ordering and patient scheduling to optimize operations
• Coordinate training programs and manage technical staff schedules and payroll
• Ensure compliance with patient safety guidelines and maintain EEG or EMG equipment

Qualifications

• Completion of an associate's degree in physical or biological sciences is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in EEG or EMG, with registration from a Neurodiagnostic credentialing society
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a busy lab environment
• Proficiency in computer and networking skills for troubleshooting and maintaining EEG digital networks
• Ability to assess and train technical staff in new or changing technology
