Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Customer Service Operations & Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage SAP orders, track issues, and collaborate with leadership on workflows
  • Deliver training programs and evaluate their effectiveness to enhance employee performance
  • Assist with operational tasks, including order entry, reporting, and backlog auditing
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Cognos Reporting, BOBJ, SAP, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in updating training materials and job aids
  • Ability to work cooperatively across the organization
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
