Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage SAP orders, track issues, and collaborate with leadership on workflows
- Deliver training programs and evaluate their effectiveness to enhance employee performance
- Assist with operational tasks, including order entry, reporting, and backlog auditing
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Cognos Reporting, BOBJ, SAP, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in updating training materials and job aids
- Ability to work cooperatively across the organization
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
