Integration Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a WebMethods/MuleSoft Integration DevOps, Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and troubleshoot Production incidents, keeping customers updated on status and resolution
• Perform root cause analysis on major Production incidents and proactively monitor system health
• Provide support for integration platform maintenance events and develop bug fixes and enhancements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4 years of experience working with software (installation, configuration management, development)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system/application integration
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a COTS integration solution - webMethods and/or Mulesoft
• BS Degree
• US Citizen
