Licensed EAP Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor to provide mental health support remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and video counseling, crisis management, and in-the-moment support while maintaining client confidentiality
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client appropriateness for short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls
• Develop treatment plans collaboratively and maintain clear clinical documentation in the case management system

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services
• Experience with clinical assessments and short-term counseling modalities such as Solution-Focused or CBT
• Training in crisis intervention and experience with high-risk clients is beneficial
• Ability to work with clients facing substance abuse, crises, or mental health symptoms affecting personal or work performance
