Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Technical Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries and incidents related to the platform and Flink-based pipelines
- Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve issues while maintaining clear records in the support system
- Advise customers on best practices for deploying and managing containerized services and guide them in aligning platform deployments with their existing architectures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a hands-on technical role, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing capacity
- Expertise in Java and JVM for performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Deep understanding of streaming technologies and architectures
- Strong experience with containerization, orchestration, and major cloud providers
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing concepts
