Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Technical Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries and incidents related to the platform and Flink-based pipelines
  • Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve issues while maintaining clear records in the support system
  • Advise customers on best practices for deploying and managing containerized services and guide them in aligning platform deployments with their existing architectures
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hands-on technical role, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing capacity
  • Expertise in Java and JVM for performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Deep understanding of streaming technologies and architectures
  • Strong experience with containerization, orchestration, and major cloud providers
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing concepts
