A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with application/documentation completion
- Utilize training and resources to resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality, retail, or pharmaceuticals
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Must successfully pass typing and customer service assessments
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday
