Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of call center support experience or fulfillment of promotional criteria
- Ability to pass the bilingual assessment
- Preferred: 2+ years of call center experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of e-commerce and payments landscape
