Pharmacy Technician Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RX Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure superior patient care through prescription processing and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, providers, and pharmacies through various communication channels
• Process prescriptions accurately and timely under supervision in a call-center environment
• Manage daily tasks to meet department performance metrics and maintain accurate case documentation

Required Qualifications

• Able to work the shift from 2pm-10:30pm CST with weekdays off
• High school diploma required
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or LPN/LVN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Tech, Medical Assistant, or LPN/LVN
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment preferred
