Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and provide necessary follow-ups
- Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required
- Ability to empathize with patients and explain complex healthcare issues
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using multiple communication tools, including phone calls, online chats, and emails
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of professionals
