Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-tier technical support to customers via phone, web, and email
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and maintain communication regarding request statuses
- Act as a customer advocate to resolve high-priority issues and gather feedback for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience required
- 1-2 years of experience in software support or a related position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass nationwide Criminal Justice Information Systems background clearance
