Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a scalable Enterprise Customer Success framework to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
  • Lead initiatives for customer onboarding, retention, and growth, ensuring high renewal rates and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally to align customer success with business objectives


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in building and managing Customer Success teams at companies with $100M+ ARR
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise/Partner customer relationships
  • Experience in designing customer onboarding processes and frameworks
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and usage patterns for upsell opportunities
  • Experience in developing predictive metrics and reporting for customer success initiatives
