Key Responsibilities
- Manage all forms of inbound contact from members, including phone calls, emails, and texts
- Provide a world-class customer experience and resolve financial inquiries, including cancellations and refunds
- Handle escalations with the goal of resolving issues and supporting company revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service with a strong focus on problem-solving
- Organizational skills and a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Outlook
- Passion for college athletics
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
