Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure borrowers understand lending products and provide a positive borrower experience
• Monitor the application process and ensure timely communication with borrowers and relevant teams
• Conduct due diligence on borrower documentation and manage delayed payments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4+ years of experience in community engagement, customer support, or project management
• High emotional intelligence and ability to deliver great customer experiences
• Strong comfort with technology tools, including spreadsheets and CRM systems
• General knowledge of financial systems and loan products preferred
• Fluency in another language or lived experience in target investment communities is a plus
