Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Advise customers on software usage and assist during trial periods
- Track interactions in Salesforce and contribute to the Support Knowledge-base
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS
- Ability to work 9am-6pm EST
- Experience with Salesforce and Intercom is a plus
- Self-motivated approach to learning and development
- Obsessed with creating an exceptional customer experience
