Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably within AdTech or MarTech
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in using performance and usage data for decision-making
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Adaptability to evolving processes and customer needs in a dynamic work environment
