Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing strategic guidance and identifying opportunities for campaign success
- Proactively identify at-risk customers and implement targeted retention strategies to enhance engagement
- Drive platform adoption by showcasing key features and promoting self-service tools for customers
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably within AdTech or MarTech
- A data-driven mindset with experience in using performance and usage data for decision-making
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Adaptability to evolving processes and customer needs in a dynamic work environment
