Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive the success path for its Insurance Customer Success Managers and Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Customer Success Managers and Specialists through regular meetings
- Define operational metrics, track performance, and conduct appraisals
- Proactively monitor customer health and guide process transformations to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Customer Service or Account Management Teams
- Experience in leadership, coaching, and mentoring; insurance experience is a plus
- Experience working with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
