Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive the success path for its Insurance Customer Success Managers and Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop Customer Success Managers and Specialists through regular meetings
  • Define operational metrics, track performance, and conduct appraisals
  • Proactively monitor customer health and guide process transformations to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Customer Service or Account Management Teams
  • Experience in leadership, coaching, and mentoring; insurance experience is a plus
  • Experience working with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
