Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Intake Specialist (Dispatch).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone lines and gather pertinent information regarding damage
• Input information into the computer to generate claims and assign investigators
• Manage time effectively and handle calls from various clients, including upset callers

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in FL, MN, or TX
• Experience using computers and operating systems such as Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple screens and navigate various databases
• Interpersonal skills to effectively gather information from callers
• Smartphone or direct connection via headset for computer to answer calls
