Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing service to support client requirements and needs
- Manage daily/weekly/annual file processing and perform audits for data accuracy
- Provide first-level system support and execute client-specific reporting
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office products
- Extensive experience with databases, data interpretation, and manipulation
- Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent relevant work experience
