Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Specialist, E&S.

Key Responsibilities

• Send acknowledgment letters and contact insureds & claimants within 12 hours of new assignments
• Coordinate investigations/appraisals, obtain necessary reports, and evaluate claims within the first 30 days
• Negotiate claim resolutions and ensure timely responses to all correspondence and payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or working towards a degree; insurance certifications (AIC, CPCU, ARM or similar) a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Efficient organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Possess analytical skills and sound judgment
• Client-service focused with a proactive approach to tasks
