Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Pacific Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service to members, partners, and staff in a timely manner
- Answer incoming calls and live chats, fulfilling service requests and resolving issues
- Administer Tier 1 Support and facilitate training for members and partners as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Tessitura software and product suite
- Excellent call center or customer service experience
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in groups in a virtual environment
- Desire to focus on customer satisfaction and advocacy
- Capacity to explain complex concepts to users with varying technical understanding
