Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Pacific Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer service to members, partners, and staff in a timely manner
  • Answer incoming calls and live chats, fulfilling service requests and resolving issues
  • Administer Tier 1 Support and facilitate training for members and partners as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Tessitura software and product suite
  • Excellent call center or customer service experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in groups in a virtual environment
  • Desire to focus on customer satisfaction and advocacy
  • Capacity to explain complex concepts to users with varying technical understanding
